The Comerica Bank New Year's Parade is one of the largest New Year's celebrations in the Great Southwest. Held annually in conjunction with the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic, the family-friendly event attracts tens of thousands of spectators to spectacular Downtown Dallas. The 1.5-mile parade route begins in Dallas' incomparable new arts district and concludes at the American Airlines Center with pep rallies featuring the two Cotton Bowl university bands.
In addition to the university bands and cheerleaders, parade entries include high school bands and drill teams from across the country, more than 25 floats, the world-famous Kilgore College Rangerettes, and specialty units and equestrians celebrating Texas culture.
The Comerica Bank New Year's Parade is televised on local Dallas-Fort Worth station KDFW-Fox 4 (live and repeat broadcasts) and can also be viewed through a live webcast at www.myfoxdfw.com.
