The Mid-America Competing Band Directors Association (MACBDA) summer tour of field,
parade and concert competitions culminates with an exciting championship field show each July.
The 2008 MACBDA Grand Championships will be held July 11 in Traverse City, Michigan
in conjunction with the National Cherry Festival's Cherryland Band Classic. The venue is Thirlby Field at Running Wise Stadium on 13th Street.

strong and consists of three classes of bands ranging from 20 members to more than 120 members.
