The Vikingland Band Festival is held in Alexandria, Minnesota on the last Sunday of June. The event was founded in 1985 and features an impressive lineup of marching bands from Minnesota and surrounding states performing in parade competition.

The Festival is produced by the Vikingland Band Festival executive committee with support of the Alexandria Jefferson High School Band Boosters and the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce.
