Music for All and the Feldstein family have established a goal of raising $75,000 to support the Sandy Feldstein National Percussion Festival and to endow the
creation of a new National Honors Percussion Ensemble for the 2011 Music for All National Festival.
"We are grateful to the Sandy Feldstein family for the opportunity to honor Sandy's memory in a way that will benefit so many young percussion
artists," said Scott McCormick, president and CEO of Music for All. "We also are very gratified by the broad support we have received from our
friends in the entertainment industry. It is a true testament to their concern about the future of music and the arts in our country that they
have embraced our mission in such a meaningful and generous way."
To help the cause, individuals can bid on a charity auction item, post their own items on eBay to benefit Music for All through the eBay Giving
Works program, or make a contribution to the Sandy Feldstein Legacy Fund. To post an auction item and designate a portion or the entire
final sale price to Music for All, visit http://missionfish.org/NPMMF/nphomepage.jsp?NP_ID=2471.
