Schedule announced for Tournament of Roses "Bandfest"


Three shows over two days feature field exhibitions by Rose Parade bands

The 2008 Tournament of Roses Bandfest featured a performance by the Royal British Legion Youth Band Brentwood. PASADENA, Calif. (Dec. 21, 2009) — Marching bands appearing in the 2010 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1 will also perform field exhibitions in the annual Tournament of Roses "Bandfest" presented by Remo on December 29-30, 2009.

Each performance of Bandfest features a different slate of six to eight marching bands and lasts approximately two hours. The first performance will be held Tuesday, December 29 at 2:00 PM. Two additional performances will be held Wednesday, December 30 at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Bandfest is held in Pasadena at Robinson Stadium on the campus of Pasadena City College, 1570 E. Colorado Blvd.

Tickets to the event are $12 each and may be purchased in advance through Sharp Seating Company at 626-795-4171. Same day tickets go on sale approximately one hour prior to the start of each show.

2010 Rose Parade Theme: A Cut Above The Rest The complete Bandfest schedule and approximate performance time for each band is shown below. Pre-show entertainment presented by Remo begins 30 minutes before each show time.
