Three shows over two days feature field exhibitions by Rose Parade bands

PASADENA, Calif. (Dec. 21, 2009) — Marching bands appearing in the 2010 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1 will also perform field exhibitions in the annual Tournament of Roses "Bandfest" presented by Remo on December 29-30, 2009.

Each performance of Bandfest features a different slate of six to eight marching bands and lasts approximately two hours. The first performance will be held Tuesday, December 29 at 2:00 PM. Two additional performances will be held Wednesday, December 30 at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Bandfest is held in Pasadena at Robinson Stadium on the campus of Pasadena City College, 1570 E. Colorado Blvd.

Tickets to the event are $12 each and may be purchased in advance through Sharp Seating Company at 626-795-4171. Same day tickets go on sale approximately one hour prior to the start of each show.

The complete Bandfest schedule and approximate performance time for each band is shown below. Pre-show entertainment presented by Remo begins 30 minutes before each show time.
