Held on January 2nd this year in accordance with the "never on Sunday" tradition, the 2012 Rose Parade enjoyed warm temperatures that were
comfortable for spectators but challenging for float builders who had to take extra steps to keep the flowers fresh. Dole Food Company repeated as
Sweepstakes winner with its vibrant entry titled "Preserving Paradise." Donate Life won the Judges' Special Trophy for its emotional entry that honored organ and
tissue donors by pairing transplant recipients with donors' family members. All floats from the 2012 Rose Parade are pictured here in order of appearance. Also see
