2013 Portland Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade Marching Band Photos
(June 8, 2013, Portland, Oregon) Huge crowds enjoyed picture-perfect weather as marching bands from California, Washington, Oregon and Taiwan gathered in scenic downtown Portland for the colorful Grand Floral Parade. Shu-Te Commercial H.S. (Kaohsiung, Taiwan) brought its unique style from overseas, while Evergreen H.S. (Vancouver, WA) rose to the top among competing bands to capture the overall Sweepstakes award.
