It was a stellar year at the 2025 BOA Grand National Championships. A loaded roster of elite bands, separated by razor-thin scoring margins,
made it clear from the start that finals would feature an outstanding lineup. A whopping 108 marching bands from 21 states competed in prelims,
with 36 bands representing 12 states advancing to semi-finals.
In the end, Avon (IN) claimed its third consecutive championship title by narrowly edging a worthy challenge from Flower Mound (TX), which placed
second by a mere 0.2 points. The battle for third place was even closer, with Carmel (IN) finishing just 0.125 points ahead of Broken Arrow (OK).
